We are excited to bring fore our new product range, Sinter Paste, a remarkable material used in electronic applications, particularly for performance power devices. Sinter paste provides a durable, thermally efficient, and lead-free solution for critical applications.

Why it stands out:

Longevity: Sinter pastes, specifically silver sintered pastes, offer a robust and lead-free alternative to solder pastes. They significantly extend the lifetime of devices, up to 10 times longer than conventional solder. This is crucial for devices operating under extreme conditions.

High Temperature Suitability: Sinter pastes are well-suited for high operation temperatures (above 150°C). Their pure silver (Ag) die attach layer ensures reliability even at temperatures up to 250°C.

Thermal Conductivity: These pastes exhibit excellent thermal conductivity, crucial for efficient heat dissipation. The typical thermal conductivity is 150 W/mK or higher.

Zero-Halogen Formulation: Sinter pastes are formulated without halogens, making them environmentally friendly.
