Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (Electronic-PCB/PCBA Sector)

Job Description
  • Manage full sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers and Customers based within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • To achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
  • Provide timely technical solutions to customers (Know-how)
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstration and on the job training for sites, technician and applicators and customer requirements.
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new potential customers
  • Contribute towards the Company’s overall sales & marketing plan
  • Work closely with sales or internal team to provide technical proposals
  • Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, seminars, forums etc
  • Keep track and analyse market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales and account management within sectors in electronic industry - PCB/PCBA Manufacturing
  • Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with relevant counterparts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels
  • Highly driven with customer focused attitude
  • Good in presentation, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Possess own vehicle will be added advantageous
  • Willing to work in Serangoon North area
  • Willing to travel overseas for business purposes

Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Manager (Electronic-PCB/PCBA Sector)

Job Description
  • Manage full sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers and Customers based within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and grow business with existing customers and develop new business sources by identifying market opportunities within the assigned industries
  • Act as the key account interface, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers/principals, providing solutions and services that best support customers' need
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and the sales team to work effectively to meet performance targets
  • Build, strengthen and optimize customer relationships by planning visits/meetings and promptly addressing customers’ enquiries and feedback
  • Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and forums when necessary
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates
  • Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
 Job Requirement

Job Description

Responsible for supporting, implementing, and managing digital technologies and information technology systems within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate execute ERP migration projects
  • Help develop and maintain company website
  • Support digital transformation efforts for all entities in the group businesses
  • Collaborate, make recommendations and provide solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, audit, and industry standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and government grant programs to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Ad-hoc requests to support the business growth and operation
 Job Requirement
  • Minimum degree qualification in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 4 years of working experience
  • Strong digital transformation experience
  • Good understanding of ERP systems processes
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Some experience in web development will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of IT best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
  • Experience with IT security and data protection
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
  • Familiar with Power BI, CRM and Python will be added advantages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
