Sales Executive (Petcare)

Job Description
  • Manage full sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers and Customers based within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • To achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
  • Provide timely technical solutions to customers (Know-how)
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstration and on the job training for sites, technician and applicators and customer requirements
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new potential customers
  • Contribute towards the Company’s overall sales & marketing plan
  • Work closely with sales or internal team to provide technical proposals
  • Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, seminars, forums etc
  • Keep track and analyse market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates
 Job Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  • Proven experience in sales and account management within petcare business / horticulture / Printing / Packaging product will be advantageous.
  • Able to communicate well in English (both written and spoken) to liaise with relevant counterparts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels
  • Highly driven with customer focused attitude
  • Good in presentation, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Possess own vehicle will be added advantageous
  • Willing to work in Bangpakong Chachoengsao area
  • Willing to travel outstation/ overseas for business purposes

Technical Support Executive

Job Description
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing technical issues, diagnosing problems, and facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams. Vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of the company’s products or services.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support technical to the Sales team
  • Understand customer technical requirement and advise sales on product selection
  • Coordinate with customers for technical service and data
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Testing new products and present to customer
  • Conduct trials or demos at customer locations
  • Provide product training to enhance customer proficiency in using products
  • Identify technical issues and escalate them to higher-level support or development teams for improvement and develop according to customer requirements
  • Working with Sales Manager to plan effective approaches for sales growth in the assigned area
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
 Job Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related fields
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the role of Sales Engineer, Production Engineer
  • Good knowledge or familiar with PCB Manufacturing
  • Good selling skill, Fully self-motivated, enthusiasms personality, service mind and positive thinking
  • Strong confident during a meeting or doing the presentation on engineering solutions to customers
  • Able to communicate well in English to liaise with relevant counterparts

Deputy Accounts Manager

Job Description
  • Responsible for overseeing various aspects of financial management, accounting operations, and team leadership. Ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including operating transactions, costing and inventory
  • Prepare timely and accurate consolidated monthly management reports with analysis and commentary
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Standards for statutory reporting
  • maintain key controls for internal control processes and inventory to costing process (e.g. stock count execution, inventory data accuracy, proper provisions for inventories)
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Represent Accounting department to participate initiatives / new projects, and able to supervise or provide solutions to business unit
  • Reconcile and manage all accounts on a monthly basis
  • Assist in tax fillings and participate tax audits
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities
  • Annual budget preparation and follow up on its implementation
  • Supervise and manage a team
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in accounting/audit firms
  • Hold a CPD license with eligibility to sign financial statements
  • Strong accounting knowledge of international manufacturing company
  • Proficient in tax accounting, tax laws, and internal audit
  • Advanced skills on MS Office (Excel) and accounting software
  • Able to communicate well in English to liaise with relevant counterparts
  • Leadership and managerial skill
  • Capable to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a keen attention to accuracy
  • Willing to work in Bangpakong Chachoengsao area
