Assistant Sales Manager (Electrical/ Electronics)

Job Description

Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships, drive business growth through targeted sales and marketing strategies, manage project execution for optimal results, and achieve sales targets by addressing client needs and analyzing market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and potential customers/principals, while collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and services that best support clients
  • Plan visits/meetings, as well as timely address customers' enquiries and feedback
  • Coordinate and participate in the industry trade shows, seminars, and forums as and when necessary
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies with an action plan to infiltrate and expand into new markets
  • Drive business expansion, explore, and target business growth opportunities
  • Keep track and analyse market trends, and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates
  • Develop, execute and deliver quality solution-focused proposals, presentations, tenders and quotations based on project requirements
  • Identify, plan, and execute new projects. Closely monitor project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the building/ Semicon/ Electronic industry exposure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
  • Good negotiation, coordination and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess own vehicle
  • Willing to travel overseas for business if required
   

Field Service Technician

Job Description
  • Provide on-site technical support for machines including installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining them.
Key Responsibilities
  • To perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair works for machines
  • To test, commission and provide support and training to the end-customer
  • Replace spare parts and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Conduct manual maintenance and service sales
  • Maintain proper service records and spare parts inventory
  • Available for occasional overseas travel for training and customer support
Job Requirement
  • Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 2 years relevant working experience with strong hands-on technical skills
  • Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with China Supplier
  • Willingness to work occasional long hours
  • Available for occasional overseas travel for training and customer support

Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (Electronic-PCB/PCBA Sector)

Job Description
  • Manage full sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers and Customers based within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • To achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
  • Provide timely technical solutions to customers (Know-how)
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstration and on the job training for sites, technician and applicators and customer requirements.
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new potential customers
  • Contribute towards the Company’s overall sales & marketing plan
  • Work closely with sales or internal team to provide technical proposals
  • Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, seminars, forums etc
  • Keep track and analyse market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales and account management within sectors in electronic industry - PCB/PCBA Manufacturing
  • Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with relevant counterparts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels
  • Highly driven with customer focused attitude
  • Good in presentation, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Possess own vehicle will be added advantageous
  • Willing to work in Serangoon North area
  • Willing to travel overseas for business purposes

Job Description

  • Build, strengthen and optimize customer relationships by planning visits/meetings and promptly addressing customers’ enquiries and feedback
