  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the building/ Semicon/ Electronic industry exposure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
  • Good negotiation, coordination and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess own vehicle
  • Willing to travel overseas for business if required
   

Sales Manager (Perai, Penang)

The Sales Manager leads and manages the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales process, and building customer relationships.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and maximize profits
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with counterparts or principals for smoother operation, costing issues, and achieving the target set
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance and sales goals
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes

Field Service Technician

  • Provide on-site technical support for machines including installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining them.
  • To perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair works for machines
  • To test, commission and provide support and training to the end-customer
  • Replace spare parts and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Conduct manual maintenance and service sales
  • Maintain proper service records and spare parts inventory
  • Available for occasional overseas travel for training and customer support
  • Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 2 years relevant working experience with strong hands-on technical skills
  • Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams

Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (Electronic-PCB/PCBA Sector)

  • Manage full sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers and Customers based within an assigned sales territory.
  • To achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
  • Provide timely technical solutions to customers (Know-how)
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstration and on the job training for sites, technician and applicators and customer requirements.
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new potential customers

  • Generate and grow business with existing customers and develop new business sources by identifying market opportunities within the assigned industries
  • Act as the key account interface, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers/principals, providing solutions and services that best support customers' need

Technical Specialist

Responsible to provide support for the assembly and testing of printed circuit boards to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and performance requirements.

Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize the PCB assembly process.

  • Provide pre & post sales technical support and guidance to our customers.
  • Understand the technical requirement & challenges that customer face, provide value-added solutions.
  • Conduct informative technical presentations.
  • Stay abreast of the market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, and identify avenue for growth and innovation.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience in the electronic industry field preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as and when needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Junior Sales Executive

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Prior work experience or knowledge of printing or flexible packaging is advantageous

  • Manage full sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers and Customers within an assigned sales territory.
  • Promote welding wire, brazing rods, and packaging materials to automotive parts manufacturers within the designated area to meet sales targets
  • Present and market chemical solvents to the electronics industry in the assigned area to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and other key contacts
  • Identify new products and markets to uncover potential business opportunities
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Min 3 years’ experience in industrial products sales (Electronic or Automotive sector)
  • Proven experience in sales and account management in Packaging Material and Welding wire products for the Automotive industry will be added advantageous
  • Proficiency in English (B1 level) and/or Japanese (N3 level) for business communication.
